Closer Phobic

Closers collapsed in Cincinnati Monday afternoon. The Reds took a 2-1 lead into the ninth, but Emilio Pagan gave up three runs on three hits, two of those home runs to pt the Blue Jays up 4-2. The Blue Jays used Jeff Hoffman the last two days, so the save opportunity fell to Tommy Nance, who allowed two hits in 1/3 of an inning, then Brendon Little, who gave up two more hits and blew the save by allowing the third run in the inning, and took the loss. Noelvi Marte picked up the game winning hit.
