The ball, runner, and catcher all got to the same spot at the same time, and Cameron Rupp held onto the ball as he took a hit from Eugenio Suarez. The throw by Tyler Goeddel could not be better. The Phillies hold on for a 4-3 victory over the Reds, and are now in second place in the NL East, just one game behind the Nationals. It’s amazing how quickly a team can turn around once you get some young players into the mix.
