The Mariners designated Milton Bradley and Ryan Langerhans for assignment today to make room for younger outfielders. Langerhans never quite lived up to his potential, but Bradley’s talent kept him the game a long time despite an anger the player could never quite control. I would be surprised if any other team used the ten day waiting period to trade for him.
