Old Rookie

Jose Constanza continued to make the most of his age 27 rookie season, knocking out two more hits, including his first triple, to help the Braves to a 4-1 win over the Mets. He scored a run and drove in a run as he raised his average to .407, 11 for 27. Jose batted ninth as Fredi Gonzalez put Tim Hudson in the eighth slot, making Constanza a second lead-off hitter.

Dan Uggla extended his hit streak to 26 games with a single.
