Whenever Varitek goes on the DL for an extended periods, bad things happen (2001 and 2006). For the first time I am worried.

In any event, a real bad week. Fortunately they have 11 games with the slumping Blue Jays and Rays and the injury ridden and very bad team Baltimore Orioles. Should do ok until after the ASB when the schedule toughens up a bit.
Damn shame that Kevin wasn’t around in Don Money’s era. Then you could have had a Cash for Money deal.
