Nolan Reimold hit his fifth home run in 14 games to give Baltimore a 2-1 lead over the Tigers in the bottom of the fifth. With Reimold slugging away and Wieters due up Friday, this is starting to look like a powerful offense. Roberts, Jones and Markakis are an excellent 1-2-3. Add Reimold and Wieters to that mix, along with Luke Scott having a good year, and the Orioles can hang with any offense in the AL East. David Hernandez with just one run allowed, although he’s been in and out of trouble tonight. With that kind of offense, they don’t need a great pitching staff to win. Things could be looking up in Baltimore.

Heck yea baby, we’re one game out of fourth place. Look out Tampa Bay, here we come!
