The Athletics traded their Paul Blackburn to the Mets:

Right-handed pitching prospect Kade Morris was sent to the A’s in the deal.

Blackburn, 30, was a 2022 All-Star and began the 2024 season with 22? scoreless innings across four starts before finally surrendering his first run.

Blackburn spent two months on the illjured list with a foot injury. His ERA wound up at 4.41 after nine starts. In general, he is a low strikeout pitcher with a high BABIP, not a great combination.

Morris accumlated 95 innings in two seasons in the minors with a 3.48 ERA I would expect someone of that age to be doing better in the low minors.
