The Red Sox just hit their third home run of the night, a two-run shot by Marco Scutaro. Boston leads Baltimore 7-3, and all seven runs came on homers. Rookie catcher Ryan Lavarnway hit a three-run shot in the fourth to go with Jacoby Ellsbury‘s earlier two-run homer.
