The Evil Player program selected Andrew Miller as Friday’s evil player. Miller was the Marlins young replacement for Dontrelle Willis. It seems Miller also replaced Dontrelle’s wildness, as he walked 26 in 32 2/3 innings so far this season. For his career, he holds an evil walk rate of 5.3 per nine innings. From a pitching perspective, that was the trade that hurt both teams.
