MLB TV on Roku!

This is very exciting, as I have a Roku box:

With a $99.00 device from Roku, and an MLB.TV Premium subscription, you can now watch live out-of-market games (MLB.TV blackout restrictions apply) using the Roku digital video player.

The small box that is the Roku player might best be viewed as an extension of other devices you have within your entertainment center, such as a DVD player, or satellite tuner – it’s an additional piece that can be packed up to go where you do. The device comes with its own remote control and includes all the cables necessary to connect to a standard television. The player features composite, S-video, and component video outputs, stereo and optical audio outputs and an HDMI integrated audio / video connection.

We’ve had one for months now, and it’s the one device my whole family loves. You can get video on demand from both Netflix and Amazon, and the HD quality is excellent. You can buy one here: Roku Digital Video Player.

That’s great news. Thanks for the heads up, I love my Roku and now it will help contribute to the growth of my ulcer by allowing me to watch Red Sox games live.
