Tanner Bibee of the Guardians continues the hot start to his career with 7 2/3 strong innings against the Angels in the early Sunday game. Bibee allowed just two hits, walking none and striking out seven. The one run he allowed came in the eighth inning, tying the game and preventing him from earning a decision. The Guardians came back with three runs in the bottom of the inning, and went on to win the game 4-3.

Bibee now owns 22 K in 22 1/3 innings with just four walks. He’s another rookie starter performing well out of the gate.
