It’s a sunshine day for Brady Singer as the Royals starting pitcher just completed six no-hit innings against the Indians. Edward Olivares, who homered in the top of the sixth made a nice running catch to end the bottom of the sixth inning and preserve the no-no. Singer threw 80 pitches so far, 57 for strikes. He struck out seven and walked one as KC leads 4-0.
Update: Singer gets out on all three types of batted balls, fly, line, and ground. He did walk his second batter, but the no-hitter is intact as KC extends the lead to 7-0.
Update: With two out in the eighth inning, Austin Hedges singles to right for the first hit of the game for the Indians. The Royals now lead 11-0.

Well played with sunshine day. We notice.
