The Rangers manufacture a run in the top of the first, using a walk, a stolen base, and two ground outs to score. The Blue Jays start their first with a walk as well, but also get the first home run of the game as Edwin Encarnacion homers to give Toronto a 2-1 lead. Rangers starter Colby Lewis allowed just seven of his 19 home runs on the road this season.
With two out, Russell Martin leaves the yard as well, and the Rangers bench looks totally demoralized.
