Dan Haren hemmed and hawed about joining the Marlins after his trade to Miami, but he made his second good start today. He lasted seven innings as the Marlins beat the Braves 6-2. With two runs allowed Wednesday afternoon, Haren owns a 2.08 ERA and allowed a .159 BA in thirteen innings of work. As a pitcher who tends to give up the long ball, Haren should welcome pitching at sea level in Miami.
