Strange Brew

The Milwaukee Brewers are off to the worst start in franchise history:

It was the fifth consecutive loss for the Brewers, who dropped to 2-10 for the first time in franchise history, and the first sweep by the Pirates since they lost three at PNC Park from June 28-30, 2013.

This is extremely unusual for the Brewers. From 1970-2014, they were 473-448 in April, the only one of the full months in which they are over .500 (they are 48-38 in October). That doesn’t bode well for the rest of the season.
