Still Tied

The game between the Orioles and Blue Jays goes to the bottom of the ninth still tied at two. The Blue Jays bullpen pitched three innings without allowing a hit, walking one and striking out five. The Orioles pen allowed one hit in 3 2/3 innings, with no walks and four strikeouts. Now we’ll see if the Orioles pen can keep that up for one more inning.

Update: Brad Brach comes in to pitch for Baltimore, and gives up a double down the third base line to Josh Donaldson. Brooks Robinson would have had it. 🙂

Update: The Orioles intentionally walk Edwin Encarnacion.

Update: Jose Bautista falls behind 1-2. He fouls off a pitch, then is called out on a check swing, the pitch was a strike. One down and Darren O’Day comes on to pitch for the Orioles.

Update: Russell Martin grounds the first pitch to Manny Machado, and he starts the 5-4-3 double play, and the Orioles and Blue Jays go into extra innings.
