Uh, right. What baseball needs is more outs. The sport is seeing an attendance decline because it's too hard to make an out.
How long would a team really tolerate more outs before solving the problem at hand?
Though, I guess a shattered bat lodging itself into a player's throat really would make for intriguing television.
