Differing Views
Two views of Kenji Johjima's defense are offered by Prospect Insider and Detect-o-Vision.
Range isn't a good measure of defense for catchers, but PMR is neutral on Johjima. That says to me he moves as well as most catchers. It's a pretty small sample size, however, as you can see from his charts.

Great 'put.
Look at how consistently the really old catchers drain to the bottom of the chart. The correlation between your chart, and actual catcher mobility, is going to be real strong.
Granted, this kind of mobility isn't *quite* the same thing as being active behind the plate to frame and block pitches, but it's easy to see the connection. Either a catcher is light on his feet or he isn't.
