Astros/Pirates Underway
The Astros just finished the top of the second inning. There's no one in the ballpark. It's so quiet you can hear the ball hitting the first baseman's mitt on the broadcast.
Update: I just counted 10 people behind home plate. I wouldn't be surprised if there are less than 200 fans in the stands.
Update: The two teams are playing like they don't want to be there, either. Through the top of the third, Tom Gorzelanny has only thrown 31 pitches and retired all nine batters.
