Using the Big Roster
With the Yankees up 12-0, Joe Torre is resting his regulars. He's made five substitutions so far, and a few games ago he brought in eight. He didn't let Mussina go deep in the game either. With the big lead in both the division and the game, Joe's keeping the troops rested.
Bobby Abreu set a new career high with seven RBI, and Matsui is 4 for 4 in his return, all singles.

Also of note: Jeter has a 21 game hitting streak, didn't get any hits tonight, but his streak remains active. He was walked 3 times and Hit by a Pitch. Then pinch hit for. Strange rule but I understand where it is coming from.
Hilarious, the current game is like Columbus Clippers vs the Durham Bulls (hell over half of those guys were in AAA at the start of the season and the rest are journmen/fringe guys)
