Will Carroll, ESPN

The latest word from my source is that Will Carroll is definitely working for ESPN -- on football. It looks like he'll have a column starting tomorrow and a fantasy show debuting next week. His baseball coverage will remain on Baseball Prospectus.

Perhaps Aaron Gleeman is going to be their addition for baseball. Still, I would think that Aaron Schatz of Football Outsiders would've been a better addition for football, as Will's specialty seems to be baseball.

Doesn't Schatz do work for FoxSports.com? He used to contribute to ESPN.com the season before last.

Seems that ESPN has jumped the announcement by a little bit... The following link, which is Insider content, was posted 3 hours ago:

The byline at the end says this:
Will Carroll will write bi-weekly injury columns relating to fantasy football for ESPN.com this season. Check out his baseball articles on Baseball Prospectus.
