More Personal Time
I didn't know Melvin Mora and his wife had quintuplets! We have a set in town here.
Of course, the point of this post is Richard Hidalgo. You would think that someone who had a tough time getting a contract wouldn't want to miss too much of spring training.

Melvin and his wife also have an older child (his wife's from her previous marriage). I can't even imagine what that must be like.
Melvin is one of the few athletes who I might believe if he made the "I need to feed my family" excuse for holding out for more money. :)
