MLB postponed all Marlins games through Sunday. They are shifting the schedule around so other teams can play each other. Right now, this outbreak appears to be just a Miami problem:

MLB also announced that it has conducted more than 6,400 tests since this past Friday, and there have been no new positive results for COVID-19 among on-field personnel from the other 29 teams besides the Marlins.

No mention yet as to how or if the games will be played. It’s good, however, that everyone is being flexible about this.
