Nice. I became a Yankees fan in 1969, before I turned 5. Was in a drug store (a real old fashioned one) and they had the logos of all the teams up. Being the height of the Vietnam war, and in a patriotic household, I liked the Yankees logo and became a fan. Knew nothing of their history and couldn’t understand why the newspapers kept mentioning the other NY team more.
