First Hit

Francisco Lindor stays hot, picking up the first hit of the series with two out in the bottom of the first inning. He is 11 for 32 in the post season. No score between the Cubs and the Indians.

Update: Lindor steals second as David Ross can’t handle Jon Lester‘s throw. Free tacos!

Update: Mike Napoli follows with a walk, giving Carlos Santana a chance for a big hit.

Update: Santana walks to bring up Jose Ramirez.

Update: Ramirez hits a slow roller that stops halfway down the third base line. There is no throw, and the Indians lead 1-0.

Update: Brandon Guyer gets hit by the pitch on an 0-2 count. The Indians lead the Cubs 2-0. Lester, after starting strong with the first two batters, has become a bit wild.

Update: Lonnie Chisenhall fouls out to the catch Ross, who bangs his face on the padding of the screen. The Indians do some damage by doing very little with their bats and lead 2-0 at the end of one inning.
