The Baves came into Sunday’s action last in the National League in runs per game at 3.40. They proceeded to lose to the Rockies 7-2, scoring just 12 runs as Colorado completes a four game sweep. Before this series, the average runs scored per game by Rockies opponents at Coors this year was 6.84! Averaging three runs a game against that pitching staff in that ballpark is pathetic.
