Reds Face

The Indians finished their demolishing of the Reds with a 7-2 victory Thursday night. That was the lowest number of runs they produced in the four-game home and home battle of Ohio. Cleveland outscored Cincinnati 43-16. The Reds did manage a one-run loss, but losing a game when scoring seven runs doesn’t indicate a good team. The Indians are now solidly in second place and within striking distance of the White Sox. The Reds are thankful the Braves are keeping them out of last place in the National League. Cincinnati came into the game with the highest runs allowed per game in the NL, very close to 6.0 RPG. It just got worse this evening.
