Twisted Cyster?

My Baseball Bias rounds up information on a cyst on A-Rod's hip that might keep him out of the WBC.

Is it just my imagination, or has there been a rash of hip ailments with MLB players the past few years? Anybody know if there might be any link between that and use of PEDs, particularly ones that injected into the hip? I'm not a doctor, and didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night either, but I'm just saying .....it looks kinda funny.

Cysts are a possible side effect from steroids. The article said a cyst is a bone bruise, but thats not true. A cyst can form as a result of a bone bruise though.

Well I've got femoral acetabular impingement on both my hips, and I can assure people that I've never taken steroids.
