No Liriano
With Francisco Liriano pitching at AAA Sunday, he won't be available for the Twins series against the White Sox.
Liriano walked one and struck out nine. He is 10-2 with a 3.28 ERA at Rochester.
Why are they wasting all these pitches at Rochester? Does he have anything left to prove there?

He needs to work on his grammar.
He needs to work on his service time. In case you haven't noticed, the Twins are penny wise (Liriano in the minors) and pound foolish (seriously? Livan Hernandez?) when it comes to how they spend their money.
Rumor mill says he's getting lots of swings and misses on balls that he won't get in the bigs. High pitch counts, walks and low innings pitched - that won't work in Minny. Frankly, I think Liriano needs to show the organization that he can actually gut out a full year of pitching and not be a head case with a penchant for taking the easy way out. I think many are making way too much out of the Franchise. I just don't see that he'll be the difference maker for the Twins. Not this year anyway.
they might also be trying to trade him and not have him get knocked around in the bigs - If they're in it with what they have they may not see the need to make a move
