Valuable Property
According to Juiced Sports Blog, Baseball Musings is the fourth most valuable sports blog. The valuation comes in at $2 million. If anyone is willing to buy the site for that amount, I'm open to negotiations.

They claim the valuations are based on 10-20x monthly earnings. Companies on the stock market are priced at 20x YEARLY earnings.
And, for what it's worth, if this site makes $100k a month, I will gladly purchase it from you for $2,000,000.
I believe that claim is wrong. My guess is the site projects monthly earnings out to yearly earnings and then figures out the valuation.
Look at it this way. The site is worth two weeks of A-Rod.
Hm, but Casey, David is almost never on the DL...
And David hasn't been in the tabloids with strippers...lately.
I don't recall, has David ever shouted HA! on this blog?
I await his book "I Would Have Blogged for Nothing".
I swear that David never asked Canseco about steroids, either.
By the way, I only appear in the tabloids with other actuaries. Just a few are strippers.
Just like the markets in Southeast Asia, we should set up fake goods to capitalize on the brand name fame of baseballmusings!
Yes, that's right, we can created ba5eballmusings, and baseba11musings or whatnot, and then profit! People who can't afford the David Pinto designed site will flock to our cheap copies to get the same information!
That's how it works, right?
Congrats on the Reckognition David!
