Fuentes Fouls Up

Ubaldo Jimenez pitched seven shutout innings for the Rockies this afternoon. He limited the Giants to three hits and two walks, despite only one strikeout. The Giants put lots of balls in play, but just couldn't string this together. Buchholz struck out two in the eighth, but Brian Fuentes gives up three hits in the ninth, plating two runs and tying the game. It's a blown save, but the Rockies get a chance to turn it back into a win.

Update: They're going to extra innings in Colorado.

Update: A Vizquel sacrifice fly puts the Giants up 3-2 in the tenth.
