Berkman Over .400

Lance Berkman is 2 for 2 so far tonight with his 16th homer of the season. The two hits raised his batting average to .401, so he and Chipper may end up battling for the batting championship this season.

I can't put my finger on why, but Lance Berkman always seems overrated to me. I'll have to take a close look at his stats and figure out why I feel that way. Right now, I dont think he'll keep hitting like this all year.

Really? You don't think Lance Berkman will slug .816 all year? I wonder why not? It would only put him at 4th all time, it's not like he's Barry Bonds after all...

I mean, the fact his highest slugging percentage ever over a season was .623 should have no bearing on it either. Clearly this is for real. I think you're really going out on a limb with the 'he can't keep this up' statement.
