Late Power

The Braves found their power stroke in game 2 against the Pirates today, knocking out six extra-base hits, five doubles and a home run. Atlanta came into today slugging about 80 points lower on the road than at home, so the game two onslaught is something they haven't done much away from Atlanta. They split the DH with Pittsburgh, winning game two 8-1.

Hudson pitched well, allowing just two hits over seven innings. After a couple of three inning outings, he's gone at least seven in his last three starts, allowing just three runs.
