Working Halladay

The Indians did a good job of raising Roy Halladay's pitch count tonight. Asdrubal Cabrera lasted twelve pitches in one at bat, and I believe it was Casey Blake who took an AB nine pitches. That wore Halladay down enough that he allowed the first four batter to reach in the seventh, and all four scored to break up the shutout. The Indians went on to a 6-1 victory.

Sabathia looked like a Cy Young winner tonight, striking out nine and walking two over seven innings. He seems to have solved his early season problems.
