No Excuse
With the bases loaded, Adam Eaton just walked Randy Johnson on four pitches to force in the tying run. Charlie Manuel hid his head after that one. It was the third walk of the inning for Eaton. Not only does Johnson have one of the biggest strike zones ever, he's a career .126 hitter. How Eaton doesn't go after Johnson in that situation is beyond me.
The DBacks get another run on a force out and lead Philadelphia 3-2, still batting in the fourth.
Update: Stephen Drew just misses the pool but hits a three-run homer to right to double the DBacks score. They now lead 6-2.

Adam Eaton: reverting to last year's horrendous form!
Asking 'why doesn't he just go after him' is like asking of a basketball player, 'Why doesn't he make his free throws late in the game.' Sometimes the body doesn't perform, even when it seems like it should be easy.
I'm sure he wasn't pitching around him - he just couldn't get it over
