Too Pricey
Big League Stew notes that the most visible seats in the Nationals new stadium and always empty. My suggestion is to lower the price to $70, although I like the idea of awarding the empty seats to lucky fans at the game.

It's a huge problem. I've been to two games, and both were well attended, but the seats behind homeplate were basically empty. So we have a full upper deck, and an empty lower level behind the plate - not something I have ever seen before. These seats behind home cost approximately FIVE times what the seats right along the baselines cost, and in my opinion the latter are better because you're not sitting behind a net.
They have really bizarre price schemes at the new stadium. There are some great, cheap seats - and frankly even the upper deck seats are great because of the size of the park, and yet they have waaaaay overpriced seats that are only marginally better. I don't really understand how they developed their prices, but I would imagine that they will fix it for 2009.
