Indians take the Lead

Mussina gives up four hits in the bottom of the fifth, all singles, and the Indians plate two runs. Mike got his breaking ball up in that inning and Cleveland batters stroked them to the outfield for singles.

Update: Melky Cabrera breaks up the no-hitter in the top of the sixth with an infield single.

Update: Two more singles, and Laffey hits A-Rod with the bases loaded. The Giambi grounds out softly to second to tie the game and take away the double play.

Update: Matsui also grounds out to first and the Yankees take a 3-2 lead. That's it for Laffey.

3 infield hits in the inning for the mighty Bronx singlers. Never seen that before.

They all look like line drives in the boxscore however. Moose goes 5 and gives up 7 hits then they trot out 4 guys to finish. Longterm that'll kill ya.
