Andre Ethier goes three for three against San Diego's Chris Young, knocking him out of the game with a two-run home in the bottom of the fourth. Ethier's three hits raises his stats against Young to nine for nineteen with four home runs and two doubles. The Dodgers lead 7-1.

Don't forget the most stunning development of the game. The LA Times should have one of those 36 point type headlines tomorrow like one announcing a war--consisting of the simple phrase: "PIERRE WALKS!!!" That was the tip-off that Young had nothing, not the dinger from Ethier that followed.
