Growth Suspension

J.C. Bradbury sums up my feelings on the Jordan Schafer suspension. I'm most interested in how he was caught, since a test doesn't exist yet for HGH. If someone ratted him out, was it a supplier? Was it a teammate?

I don't get the blog comment. The "rules must ne enforced" but anybody who helps enforce the rules is a "rat", including (possibly) Schafer's teammates. Might want to rephrase that question, counselor.

Update from the article: "Stories are beginning to come out of an investigation of Schafer and other Braves teammates that led to a confession from Schafer, but it sounds like this could get ugly, if these early stories are true."

I also found a Scout.com article from 2005 where a scout in the Atlanta organization talks about Schafer's makeup. Rick Ankiel comes to mind... minus the ML pitching experience.
