If that's more than a 15-20 day stay, the Yankees may just have lost their chance at first place in the AL East for the year.
He gave up over 100 SB last year with Pettite and Mussina in the rotation and only threw out 23%. So far this year opponents stole 8 bases he threw out 1 and 1 CS was a pickoff. WTF were the NYY thinking when they signed him for 4 years? I love Posada and think he's a borderline HOFer but his catching days are nearing an end and I really don't think he's going to approach .338/.426/.543 again.
