Take the Lyon Deep Tonight
Dusty Baker earns his first win as the Reds manager as Edwin Encarnacion ends the game with a walk off home run. Brandon Lyon did not get an out, giving up singles to Phillips and Dunn before the Ed ender. Lyon only allowed two home runs in 74 innings last season.
That spoils Dan Haren's debut. He allowed three runs on two homers, but out pitched Arroyo and was in line for the win. It wasn't the best outing by Haren, but it should have been good enough.

Lyon flamed out big-time tonight. He had a really rough spring, but looked fine in his save on Monday. He is going to have a short leash...
If you only go 6 innings then you're putting the pen out there for a third of the game - no crying about wins when you only go 6.
Clemente also had only 1305 RBI's in almost 9500 AB's and only 2 100 RBI seasons.
