My daughter Melinda and the Longmeadow HS Symphony Orchestra are performing at Carnegie Hall. We're off to New York for the festival.

Congratuations! There is life beyond sports which is truly rich and fulfilling that many donot or cannot appreicate. There are far too many furstrated athletes as opposed to frustrated second chair oboes.

Bask in the moement - she is on a big league stage!

What an amazing experience for her! I hope she's taking pictures to go with the memories that she'll likely cherish forever. I'm envious!
