Back Pain

Adam Eaton diagnosis is a herniated disk. At 30 years old, his back is also arthritic. Unfortunately for Phillies fans, Adam feels he can be ready for opening day. If he pitched another 1/3 of an inning in 2007, he would have posted the highest ERA in the majors by 1/2 a run.

The Baseball Musings pledge drive continues through March. Please consider making a donation.

Yeah, but I bet he can still shut down the Mets. Wasn't his ERA somewhere around 2 vs the Metropolitans?
