B.O. Stadium
It looks like the naming rights to Wrigley Field went to Barack Obama. :-)
Critics of the plan contend that Obama is a fan of the crosstown White Sox.
But Obama supporters point out that the desire to name the field after the Illinois senator illustrates his desire to "change the status quo" by reaching across the aisle for the good of the country and form alliances with rivals, be they political or sports-based.
Hillary is from the northside. Too bad she's a Yankees fan.

Hillary is not from the north side.
Hillary is from the west suburbs.
Sorry... meant to say northwest suburbs.
But still... she definitely isn't from the "northside."
Please tell me that you are not a regular reader of The New Editor?
Wouldn't it make more sense to name the Pirates or the Royals stadium "The Audacity of Hope?" Granted the Cubs haven't won the WS in 99 years but at least they have one of the highest payrolls in baseball.
So who do people in the north west suburbs usually root for? The Brewers?
David -
My girlfriend is from the NW suburbs (Barrington, specifically), and they're all Cubs fans over there. Her mom in particular is nutty for the Cubbies. You'd have to cross the border to find many Brewers fans.
But then again, it just occurred to me that you're being sarcastic.
I thought "Obama" was a homerun call.
I clicked on the link. Now I feel unclean.
People in the W/NW/N suburbs to almost all root for the Cubs (I was one of them).
But that is different than being from the "north side."
