One is Greater than Three

The Cardinals out-homered the Cubs this afternoon 3-1, but still lost 5-3. While all the St. Louis long balls were solo shots, Daryle Ward made his first home run of the season a big one, as his grand slam provides the runs needed to win the game. Sixty-six of the Cardinals 109 home runs have been solo shots this season.
