Perlozzo Firing Official

Here's the press release about Trembley replacing Perlozzo. No mention of the MacPhail hiring, so that's not official yet.

Flanagan dodged the MacPhail question at the Presser. Also dodged questions about Girardi.

The Orioles' problems run much, much deeper than Perlozzo.

I don't understand how Flanagan and Duquette can just wash their hands clean off this. After all, the bullpen 'revamping' was done by them. Sure, Perlozzo showed an awesome ineptitude this season when it came to handling the bullpen and his starting pitchers, but no one in the off season though that signing Baez, Walker et al for so much money was a good idea, and so it has been proven. So shouldn't the co GMs be held even a little bit responsible by Angelos?
