Late Inning Victorino

Shane Victorino continued his late inning heroics with a walk off solo home run in the bottom of the ninth. He's now 21 for 64 (.328) from the seventh inning on, with three of his four home runs coming in that time frame. The Phillies won the game 9-8 on four home runs.

Even better for Victorino (a Maui boy, as our local sportscasters love to remind us), apparently it was "Shane Victorino Day" and the Phils were giving out little grass-skirted hula figurines to the fans.

Does the Day-to Day Database have stats on players' performance on days which honor them? ;)

I know it would answer the age-old cliche, debunked by SABR, that "How may time do you see a guy who is featured with a bobble-head lead his team victory?"

Anecdotally, it happens every time. But statistically, I'm guessing there is going to be little correlation.
