Dodgers Break Through

Hendrickson and Davis kept the Arizona/Los Angeles game scoreless through 5 1/2, but a Chris Young error in the bottom of the six helps the Dodgers to a 1-0 lead. Young took a bad route to a deep fly ball, then had it tip off his glove. Furcal reached second on the play, then scored on a Pierre single. The two starters combined to strikeout 13 and walk just one so far.

Wow, Hendrickson is really impressing this year. They say he talked to a sports psychologist that helped him focus on the game. Seems like that's paid off.

I see the Dodgers left the bases loaded yet again. Sheesh.
