Scoring on Homers

Mike Maroth outpitched Johan Santana today as he gave up one more hit but two fewer walks and one less home run. All four Tigers runs came via the long ball as Detroit took the game 4-3. That's unusual as the Tigers came into the game ranked eleventh in the AL in percent of runs on homers at 32.2%.

David,

Where can one find stats on % of runs scored on homers?

Last year, tigers scored plenty on home runs. I think this year is just too small a sample. Tigers home runs are very spread out among their players. I think this leads to a consistency in run production they you wouldn't get if you only had a few home run hitters.
