Baseball Poetry
Redus and Weep honors Eric Milton in verse. Milton would be proud!

Thanks for the link, David! I was going to work off of John Milton for the poetry, but it turns out that an epic poem is really long. Who knew? So, I figured Browning was the next best thing for a poem about a Reds pitcher.

the last two lines are far from grammatical, but nice use of the repetitive "how do I loathe thee" as a rhetorical device.
not quite worthy of john milton, but as baseball doggerel, it cuts the mustard like a baseball hot dog in mid-summer.

ps we had eric milton on the phils for two years and he gave up 36 homers in one year here.
